Hi, This is me.

I am trying to reduce my weight by doing some normal exercise.. No extraordinary training or power-packed powders or fat burners tablets/powders.

As of now, I am 92.3 kg of weight (out of shape with big tummy).

I would like to make me self-motivated by doing a daily update of my lifestyle and weight changes (if any), which may be helpful for someone who view this blog.

My Weight details.

2003       - 2008           - 79 kg (well built, good shape).
2009       - 2010 Mar    -  83-85 (slightly loose muscles and out of shape)
2010Mar - 2010 Aug    -  76 kg (worked out for six months and got the result - good shape)
2010Sep - 2010 Dec    -   85 kg (stopped worked out. Oops what a rise in my kilos. September got married)
2011Jan  - 2011 Apr    -   90 kg (Now reducing weight becomes a nightmare for me.  Very lazy to workout)
Sep 2011                    -   92.3 kg (searching for all the web pages and getting info from people to get it reduced immediately-but of no use).

I am planning to start my own workout with mix-up of all.  Waiting for something will give me gud result.
