At last, started day #2 workout. Today I went to gym by Bike, So the 10 mins warm up time got to added in the gym itself.

Started my workouts with warm-up and stretching for 20 mins, today the sweat is not as like yesterday after 20 mins, but did pull-ups 1 set started to feel the heat and took 5kg weight and hold parallel to my shoulders and worked out sit-ups. At this time, I can feel some tightness around my abdominal area. Did 3 sets of 10 reps of sit-ups with weight in my hands (around 2 feet away from my body).

Then started with chest routine class. Started with flat bench press with Rod same weight 3 sets of 10 reps, continued with incline-bench dumbbell press for 3 sets of 12 reps. Then with use of flat bench, lie and Dumbbell bent arm over for 2 sets of 10 reps (felt very tired and full Sweat).

Finally, stretched and warmed out. I can feel pain in the shoulder areas bcoz of yesterday's workout, I hope yday workout really works well. NO GAIN WITHOUT PAIN.

Planned to start GYM workout very long back, but due to some reasons and laziness this got postponed from Jan 2011, but finally the day has come.

Yes !!.. Today I went to gym (September 28th 2011). May be it's a lucky day for my body to get it ripped.

As from my previous experience, I know that before start working out you need to warm up by stretching all muscles and walking.  Warm up is very important to avoid any muscle tear and there is also one more good reason to warm up for 20 mins will give you the best result.  Yeah, that's rite.  For the first 20 minutes of any activities will got to kill the glucose/start-up energy.  After 20 minutes what you do will reflect to do the magic of fat burning.

So today I walked all the way to my Gym which is half kilometer away from my home.  Brisk walking makes my body hot, started at 8 pm from home and reached in 10 mins and then started some stretching exercises along with single-leg balance with around 5 kg of weight in my hands. Started Sweating fast.

My 20 mins warm up time started with good sweat. Then workout with pull-ups 2 sets of just 5 reps.  I wanted to start with shoulder workout, so I pick a weight of around 20 kg lifting above the head 3 sets of 12 reps, but the reps on the third set could not reach more than 7.. LOL..

Then 5kg of dumbbells with front lifting parallel to the shoulder 3 sets of 10 reps as the same the last set reps got less because of very painful.

Then with the same weight started 3 sets of 10 reps side lifting parallel to the shoulder. and completed todays workout with a nice warm out with stretches.  So just 30 mins of workout on day #1.  Let's see how long this will workout for me.  Will update tomorrow.
